Overview

A multi-faceted nursing role within a picture perfect location, you will enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment with the fantastic opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in a model of care that provides high quality services. Stepping into an integral role as a Clinical Nurse, Mental Health, you will deliver proficient, person centred, mental health nursing care and individual case management to patients and monitor consumer care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved on a daily basis. A strong relationship builder, you will develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary Mental Health service, and all members of the broader health care services.

Employees are assigned appropriate portfolios. The allocation of portfolio responsibilities should be negotiated with each employee and be consistent with the career development plan for the employee as determined by their performance review/development plan. In addition, you will assist and support the Nurse Unit Manager or equivalent in management, clinical, and education activities, as well as participate in clinical auditing, clinical trials and/or evaluative research.
