Overview

Reporting to the Service Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Borderline Personality Disorder Collaborative (BPD Co) statewide model of care. This will be achieved through the coordination, planning and facilitation of learning and development and service implementation activities. You will work as an integral member of the BPD Co team to deliver the learning and development program, and provide project management, planning and implementation support to achieve key deliverables for BPD Co. Working collaboratively with metropolitan and regional Local Health Networks, government departments, non-government organisations, private providers and the BPD lived experience community, you will coordinate and deliver evidence-informed clinical education in accordance with best practice guidelines. Communication and engagement with community and professional stakeholders will form a critical role in service planning, implementation, and learning and development projects.  You will undertake data collection and data analysis to inform and develop project plans, reports and briefings.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of psychotherapeutic intervention informed by best practice guidelines for consumers living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or with emerging BPD traits. This will include clinical experience in Mental Health Assessment, Risk Assessment and collaborative, consumer-centred care planning. With the ability to engage respectfully with people at all levels, you will be confident in coordinating and delivering education programs and conducting appropriate evaluations of the programs.
