Join Our Team as an Administration Officer - NDIS!

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our Community Health team in the Eyre & Far North (EFN) Region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our NDIS services operate smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role:

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service. Your role will involve supporting clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring their interactions with Community Health are seamless and professional. You will be the backbone of our administrative operations, contributing to the overall success of our NDIS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Attending to client enquiries on the telephone or in person and providing relevant advice and assistance.
  • Making appropriate referrals as required and coordinate the booking of appointments for services
  • Maintain and update records and filing systems.
  • Maintaining the waiting room environment, ensuring appropriate stock and storage of information pamphlets and brochures
  • Maintaining rooms, equipment and car bookings as required;

This is a part time vacancy working 37.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
