We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a rotating roster. Applicants must be available to work both day and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.

Shift Details:

    • Day Shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
    • Afternoon Shift: 3:30 pm – 11:00 pm

The roster alternates fortnightly:

    • Week 1: 2 day shifts, 3 afternoon shifts
    • Week 2: 3 day shifts, 2 afternoon shifts

About the Role

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Support Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Support Services, you will be responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive administrative assistance across a range of areas, including reception and switchboard operations, mail services, and fleet vehicle bookings. This role requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service standards.

In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of administrative operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, offering exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong focus on confidentiality and professionalism. About You

We’re looking for a highly organised and self-driven individual to join our team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following qualities:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage high workloads efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
  • Proven administration experience, especially within a rehabilitation environment, with expertise in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
