Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Lifestyle Program Coordinator for a short-term contract in the vibrant Yorke and Mid North region, specifically within the Crystal Brook, Gladstone, and Laura communities.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll empower individuals by delivering engaging day programs for participants in the Commonwealth Home Support Program and other initiatives. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and collaboratively, providing exceptional care and support to those who need it most.

  • Proven experience in health-related direct care services, particularly for the aged or disabled.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and task prioritisation abilities.
