Join Our Team as a Restorative Care Coordinator in the Eyre and Far North Community and Allied Health Team!

Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for restorative care? The Eyre & Far North Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Restorative Care Coordinator to lead our Transitional Care Program and provide high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role:

As the Restorative Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of restorative care services. Your clinical expertise and specialist knowledge will enable you to plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational management and reporting of restorative care programs, including Transitional Care and Short-Term Restorative Care.
  • Delegate case management responsibilities to achieve optimal program outcomes.
  • Apply your clinical experience to develop and implement integrated care plans.
  • Ensure high standards of practice and accountability for both your work and that of your team.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, fostering professional growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant allied health profession, or be registered as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practicing certificate.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in restorative care or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and support a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining high practice standards and delivering exceptional care.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Please note this role is multi-classed as AHP2 or RN/RM2A and classification will be determined by qualifications held.
