About the Role

As a Data Manager in our clinical trials team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of clinical research. You will assist the Clinical Trials Coordinator by managing patient study visits, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately collected and entered into trial systems. Your work will directly contribute to the integrity of clinical trials by ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and NHMRC guidelines, which will help shape the future of medical research.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following key requirements:

  • Registered Nurse: Eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds or is eligible for a current practising certificate.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively, with proven skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Team Player: Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Microsoft Proficient: Able to use Excel, Access and Outlook effectively.
  • Commitment to Quality Care: A demonstrated commitment to consumer/client and family-centred care, with a strong understanding of healthcare standards and improvement systems.
