The Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) is seeking passionate and dedicated Nursing/Midwifery Professionals to join our dynamic community based team in Various locations across South Australia.
 
We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses/Midwives across the Adelaide Metropolitan areas and Country SA.

As a Nursing/Midwifery professional, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, development and wellbeing of infants, children and families within our community. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive health and development assessments, providing health promotion advice, and offering support and education to parents and caregivers. This role offers a chance to work in a values-driven organisation focused on supporting a healthier future for infants, children, and their families.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for working with children and families, and a deep understanding of child development and family dynamics. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary interprofessional teams, including, Allied health professionals, and community organisations, to deliver holistic care tailored to the unique needs of each family in the communities we serve.

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you must hold current nursing and/or midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Previous experience in child and family health services or a Post Graduate qualification in Child and Family Health would be highly advantageous.
