About the Role:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • conducting thorough assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to address client needs
  • collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care
  • providing counselling and support services to individuals, families and groups
  • advocating for client rights and access to resources within the community
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
