About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless production and distribution of high-quality food services, maintaining top standards of efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, you'll coordinate and support a dedicated team to deliver exceptional cleaning, linen, and laundry services, ensuring that all standards are met with precision and care. Your leadership will make a direct impact on delivering outstanding service and maintaining a positive environment for both staff and clients.

About You:

  • Experience in the provision of a catering, cleaning, linen and laundry service.
  • Experience in the supervision of staff as a team leader.
  • Experience in determining and appraising methods of work organisation, which includes implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on-the-job training.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Proven experience in exercising own judgement and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety requirements.

  • This is a part time vacancy, working 32 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
