About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Nursing and Midwifery team as Director of Nursing and Midwifery, Workforce and Professional Practice in a Full Time - Ongoing/ Permanent.

In this role you will work closely with the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery & Consumer Experience,  responsible for nursing and midwifery professional practice, nursing and midwifery workforce initiatives, driving positive consumer outcomes through robust systems and processes, support progression of models of care towards a new hospital, quality improvement projects, increased professional governance and ensure robust future service planning in partnership with divisional leadership.

The incumbent will drive innovation in healthcare, influence service improvement informed by consumer co-design and be a champion for patient-centre care.
