About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality, actionable data that directly supports CALHN’s operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making processes. You will be responsible for capturing, documenting, and analysing complex clinical and business data, ensuring that the information is accurate, well-structured, and insightful. This involves identifying the right data sources, overseeing data extraction and transformation processes, and producing quality-assured data extracts that meet the needs of a range of stakeholders.

In this collaborative position, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including project teams and external organisations, to deliver impactful data submissions and insights. You will provide expert guidance on streamlining reporting processes and contribute to the development of new reports, dashboards, and self-service data options. About You

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with the following key qualities and experience:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and deliver accurate data analysis and visualisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes within set timelines.
  • Significant experience using tools like SQL Server, Excel, and Power BI for complex data analysis and reporting.
