About the Role:

The NALHN Division of Medicine is seeking a Telehealth Support Officer with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to join our roll out of telehealth services. 

Working across a range of telehealth initiatives, the telehealth support officer will support the development, customisation, and implementation of our digital platform, engage with staff and patients to resolve issues, and contribute to innovative healthcare research.  

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • supporting clinical staff in the delivery of high-quality virtual consultations, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals
  • contribute to the development and implementation of telehealth strategies, protocols, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
  • troubleshooting technical issues and providing ongoing training and support to patients and staff
