About the Role

Join our team as a Clinical Administrative Officer and play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality and accessible clinical administration services at Refugee Health and across Integrated Care (IC). In this role, you will provide effective and efficient patient administration services to a diverse client group, including managing patient reception, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling facilities management. You will also be responsible for booking interpreter and transport services, preparing clear and timely agendas and minutes, and performing other administrative duties as required.

As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to fostering a positive team culture, sharing knowledge, and working towards solutions to improve systems, processes, and policies. This position offers a dynamic work environment, with your primary base at the Refugee Health Service and opportunities to work across various IC sites in and around the Adelaide CBD. About You

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support. To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: High-level ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, actively listen to clients, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in reception and administrative services, including competency in Microsoft Office and electronic patient information systems.
  • Teamwork and Initiative: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and reliability with limited supervision.
  • Commitment to Quality and Detail: A strong focus on delivering accurate information, managing time effectively, and maintaining a high standard of service to clients.
