As the Senior Administration Officer - Safety, Quality & Risk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records, supporting accreditation processes, and ensuring effective communication between staff and stakeholders. Your responsibilities encompass supporting patient safety, quality improvement, and community participation programs, as well as contributing to the achievement of full accreditation against the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards. Additionally, you will undertake any other duties as required to uphold the highest standards of healthcare delivery.

About the role: 

Reporting to the Manager Safety, Quality & Risk, some of your duties as the Senior Administration Officer may involve:

  • Maintaining the clinical procedure/guideline/forms registers and folders. 
  • Supporting the processing of invoices for the payment of Sitting Fees. 
  • Liaising with external graphic designers, printers and other production service providers for clinical form development. 

About you:

  • Well developed experience in providing a range of administrative support including using and maintaining records management and computer-based systems/databases and preparing a range of reports. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly efficient manner and work independently to prioritise and deliver on challenging deadlines, determine support priorities and objectives. 
  • Ability to provide advise and support to clinical staff in navigating procedure and management systems.
