Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering top-tier administrative support? The Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated Administration Support Officer to join our Medical Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our medical workforce and contributing to high-quality healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Administration Department, including word processing, reception duties, and data entry
  • Maintain records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Assist with accounts processing and liaise with medical officers, staff, and external agencies
  • Support the team in achieving deadlines and maintaining a high standard of service

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a focus on detail
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and office equipment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
