SA Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist to join their Gawler/Barossa Community & Allied Health service within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN.

In this Full-time, Ongoing position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise as an Occupational Therapist, delivering quality services and providing clinical/professional leadership to allied health professionals working in BHFLHN and rural and remote areas of South Australia.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to improvements in the quality, safety, and community needs-driven distribution of services across BHFLHN. You will collaborate with allied health staff, managers, and other stakeholders to develop models of care and workforce development initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you must hold a recognised qualification within the Occupational Therapy profession and be eligible for (full) membership of AHPRA. Maintaining current registration and participating in the professional association's accredited continuing professional development program is essential.

Broad Purpose of the Position

The Senior Occupational Therapist is an experienced and highly competent clinician who delivers quality services and/or provides clinical/professional leadership to allied health professionals working in BHFLHN and rural and remote areas of South Australia. Responsible for contributing to improvements in the quality, safety, and community needs-driven distribution of services across BHFLHN, the Senior Occupational Therapist works with allied health staff, managers, and other stakeholders on model of care and workforce development initiatives.
