About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Administrative Officers to join the team within our Outpatients Department.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As an Administrative Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operations of our healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication between various departments.

The role includes confidential management of patient information in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner. Sound communication skills both written and verbal including appropriate telephone etiquette and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
