As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll work closely with the Registered Nurse/Midwife, supporting a diverse range of patients. You’ll be responsible for providing safe, effective care, while remaining accountable for your actions within the scope of your practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred nursing care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse/Midwife.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes in clinical status.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Prioritise care tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with best practice standards.

What we're looking for:

• Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage workloads efficiently.
• Experience in providing nursing care in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare standards, ethics, and legislation.
