Overview:

The primary function of the Events and Engagement Adviser is to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of impactful events and stakeholder engagement initiatives for Procurement Supply Chain and Finance division, whilst ensuring alignment with industry trends and organisational objectives.

The key outcomes for this role can be characterised as:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with procurement stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners and key stakeholders to ensure the PSCF’s annual calendar of events is up-to-date and reflective of current industry activities.
  • Coordinating and delivering a range of events and engagements, including but not limited to Supplier Conference, Industry Roundtables, think tank sessions and Meet the Buyer.
  • Manage key resources like the Healthy Ideas portal to foster innovation and collaboration.
  • Providing specialist advice pertaining  to a diverse portfolio of project deliverables, issues and risks.
  • Supporting the Executive Director of PSCF calendar of event and engagements.
  • Overseeing the supplier contact database and the ongoing management of this resource, ensuring currency and relevance.
