  • Multiple Part Time, Permanent Roles available, working 15 or 22.5 hours per week, commencing 31st of March 2025

About the role

Are you a pharmacist interested in combining your skills in paediatric cancer pharmacy with those of digital health systems?  Join our  team as a Senior Pharmacist – Cancer Medication Management, where you will play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining the Enterprise Chemotherapy Prescribing System, iQemo. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical support, training, and optimisation for iQemo, ensuring its effective use across Local Health Networks, with a focus on services in the Women's and Children's Health Network. You’ll maintain a clinical role as a cancer pharmacist within SA Pharmacy, contributing to the broader Cancer Services Portfolio.

About You

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
  • Experience in paediatric cancer pharmacy practice

To Be Successful:

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in paediatric cancer pharmacy practice and demonstrated skills in providing professional and responsive services, safety and quality initiatives and training and education. 
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary cancer services and therapeutics, along with a comprehensive understanding of relevant codes of practice and standards.
