Are you an experienced and dynamic leader ready to make an impact? Penola Hospital is seeking a dedicated Corporate Services Team Leader to ensure the seamless delivery of administrative, records management, and IT services. In this key leadership role, you will oversee administrative and support services, manage a team, and coordinate client reporting systems. Your work will directly support the efficient operation of Penola Hospital and its services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Administration and Patient Services teams.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and confidential records management and reporting.
  • Oversee IT helpdesk services and provide customer-focused support.
  • Coordinate administrative services, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Implement efficient office systems and procedures, ensuring smooth hospital operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing administrative staff.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer and office administration skills (Microsoft Office, hospital computing systems).
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in hospital administration, including data capture and record management.
