In this role, you will provide expert nursing care to individuals in the community, ensuring high standards of practice and patient-centred care. With your experience and dedication, you will take ownership of your practice, guiding and mentoring less experienced staff, while contributing to the overall wellbeing of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced clinical nursing services to patients in a variety of community health settings.
  • Take accountability for personal practice standards, delegating tasks to others and fostering development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the best care outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritise your workload effectively to meet care delivery goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of post-registration experience 
  • Ability to lead, support, and mentor other nursing staff, including students and enrolled nurses.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritising care while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of contemporary healthcare issues and quality improvement systems.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel
