About You

We’re looking for an experienced, driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of qualifications, experience, and personal attributes that align with our goals and values.

• Qualifications: Hold or be working towards a Tertiary Qualification in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and deliver results.
• Experience: Leadership in staff management, financial reporting, and policy application, with expertise in budget preparation and data analysis.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of budgetary principles, risk management, and quality improvement practices.
