As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of support for the Clinical Director and Co-Director, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask will be crucial in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential matters with discretion. About the role: 

Reporting to the Clinical Director of the Women's & Children's Division, some of your duties as the Executive Assistant may involve:

  • Providing a confidential executive secretarial and support  service using initiative and judgement to interpret guidelines, and developing and implementing procedures to ensure an efficient service. 
  • Ensuring patient medical records are maintained and movements are correctly recorded on the hospital file tracking system while ensuring patient confidentiality with patient records.
  • Gathering data and information and providing reports. 

About you:

  • Demonstrated ability to determine and organise priorities, plan appropriately, meet deadlines under pressure and  take initiative where appropriate. 
  • Experience in providing a professional and high-level confidential administrative support service to an Executive. 
  • Experience in effectively dealing with senior staff. 
  • Experience in administrative practices and processes including drafting correspondence, organising meetings and facilitating communication. 
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and with limited direction.
