SA Health is seeking an exceptional Principal Consultant in Organisational Development to join our dynamic Rural Support Service Organisational Development Team. This part-time, temporary contract position operates under the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network and is based in Adelaide. Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home, are negotiable. Intrastate travel may be required, and the contract is scheduled to conclude on 9 February 2026.

As the Principal Consultant, Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development initiatives and interventions that foster employee, team, leadership, and organisational performance. Your expertise will contribute to aligning our operational needs with strategic requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Manager, Organisational Development, and Executive Directors, People and Culture across the Regional Local Health Networks.

Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you will provide expert advice and support on complex organisational development matters, working collaboratively with colleagues across SA Health. Your strategic insights and innovative solutions will drive positive change, contributing to the achievement of SA Government, SA Health, and Regional Local Health Networks' goals and objectives.

To excel in this role, you will possess an appropriate post-secondary qualification in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related area, or equivalent experience. Your exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills will enable you to navigate complex environments effectively.
