Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is searching for an Administration Coordinator to join Child and Family Health Service team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

In the role of Administration Coordinator, you will focus on:

  • Effectively managing administrative staff workloads and rosters, ensuring a customer-focused reception service that supports seamless administrative processes and record management."
  • Conducting regular performance development reviews, addressing training needs, and ensuring mandatory training requirements are met to foster continuous improvement and staff growth."
  • Playing an active role in the recruitment, orientation, and training of administrative staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the dynamic needs of service delivery."
  • Facilitating clear and efficient communication among on-site and off-site administrative staff, ensuring the smooth sharing of information across multiple service locations
