Working within Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service

About the role: 

Reporting to the Nursing Director in this role you will leverage your digital prowess to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster seamless communication within the team. Your proficiency in utilizing various software and digital tools will be instrumental in driving innovation and optimizing workflows. Duties for the role will include:

  • Responsible for the provision of high quality, timely, effective, efficient, and confidential delivery of administration support to the Nursing Director and Clinical Information Director
  • Coordination of IT Assets and entry level technological support and coordination.
  • Preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting papers, minute taking, ensuring agenda items are actioned
  • The SA Virtual Care Service is located at Tonsley, and staff are required to work onsite.
