Are you a passionate, dedicated nurse with a special interest in continence or stomal therapy? We want you to be part of a dynamic team providing exceptional care in a supportive, community-focused environment.

As an Adult Continence Nurse/Stomal Therapist at our Barmera health service, you’ll take a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes while continuing to grow your skills and expertise. You will be responsible for delivering continence nursing and/or midwifery services, with opportunities to expand your practice and take on leadership roles. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, developing your expertise from competent to proficient, while also mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Essential Criteria

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and a current practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
• Completion or willingness to complete specific study as required.
• Relevant experience in Continence Nursing or Stomal Therapy.
• Leadership experience, including guiding student nurses and less experienced staff.
