What we can offer you:

• As a member of our Central Nursing Bank, you will gain exposure to a range of different areas throughout Flinders Medical Centre.
• You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of medical specialities and expand your professional skillset. 
• Supporting rostering shortfalls throughout the hospital, you will help us to ensure to continuity of care  to our patients and help the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in maintaining our excellent service quality! 
• Opportunities to work in various units such as the Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, Neonatal Unit and many more! 
• Exposure to a diverse range of patient cases and the opportunity to enhance your skillset! 

About you:

• Do you hold effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills? 
• Are you looking to join a multidisciplinary team that will foster your ability to be  creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues? 
• Are you passionate about providing the best possible patient outcomes and family-centred care? 
• Must be available to work at least 0.42FTE or more, and to work earlies, lates, and nights across a 7 day roster
• Must be eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
