As a Community Health Nurse, you’ll assess patient needs, coordinate care, and deliver direct nursing/midwifery services with increasing autonomy. Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practicing certificate.
  • Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice and standards.
  • For RN/M2C:
    • at least 3 years post-registration experience.
    • Leadership experience, guiding student nurses and less experienced staff.

  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check 
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
