We’re looking for a Ward Clerk to provide essential administrative support, helping us deliver exceptional care to our patients. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a knack for communication, we want you to be part of our team!

In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing client/patient records, facilitating communication within the ward/unit/clinic, and ensuring seamless coordination with other services. Your organisational skills will play a key part in supporting both patients and healthcare professionals, helping create an environment where care and efficiency go hand in hand. You may also be required to step into other administrative roles within the Nursing Department as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving abilities to keep things running smoothly.
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced MS Word, Excel, and MS Access Database management.
  • Knowledge of video conferencing technology.
