About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Executive Officer to deliver exceptional executive, secretariat, and project support services to a Senior Executive within our organisation. In this critical role, you will manage communications, prepare executive briefs, coordinate committee activities, and lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. With a strong focus on supporting the organisation’s operational and strategic goals, your contributions will ensure the effective alignment of executive priorities and organisational objectives.

As the Senior Executive Officer, you will act as the strategic interface across the organisation and SA Health, anticipating key issues and proactively addressing them. You will facilitate collaboration across teams, provide leadership in strategic corporate initiatives, and ensure best-practice management of strategic committees supporting the CALHN Executive Team.   • Advanced Communication and Analytical Expertise
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for preparing high-quality reports, analysing complex issues, and negotiating successful outcomes.

  • Technical Proficiency and Project Support
    Experience with project management, change management, and proficiency in Microsoft applications to enhance efficiency and resilience.

  • Commitment to Leadership and Collaboration
    Demonstrated ability to liaise with senior executives, foster productive relationships, and contribute to quality improvement and strategic health service delivery initiatives.
