About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child & Family Health Service (CaFHS) team as a Regional Team Manager, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve early childhood health, development and wellbeing outcomes for children, predominantly up to school age, and their families in South Australia.

Employees in this role accept accountability for the clinical practice outcomes for the specified sub-region, for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy; and for developing team performance within positive work cultures in the interest of client outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational management to a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes excellence in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the quality and accessibility of child and youth health services.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
