Are you a highly organised, results-driven professional with a passion for supporting impactful projects? Join our vibrant and innovative Governance & Planning team at Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) as a Project Officer. In this newly created dynamic role, you’ll work across multiple projects and services, helping to implement and develop strategies that ensure the success of LCLHN’s objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work independently, applying your expertise to support senior leadership, manage corporate correspondence, and assist with records management and board governance. If you’re ready to tackle a fast-paced role with high-level communication and organisational responsibilities, this six-month contract position may be for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the LCLHN Governing Board, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate records management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of projects and services, reporting on performance indicators.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex tasks such as data analysis, research, and reporting.
  • Contribute to policy and procedural development to improve systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work, manage internal and external timelines and set priorities will be paramount in this role.
  • Experience with records management systems (e.g. Objective) and office software.
  • Ability to work independently, with initiative and creativity.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in preparing reports, briefings, and professional correspondence.
