About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate Senior Physiotherapy Clinical Educator (Acute Care) to join our dynamic Allied Health team.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

The Senior Physiotherapy Clinical Educator, is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of quality Physiotherapy clinical education services for patients and students of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN).

As a Senior Physiotherapy Clinical Educator, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that our physiotherapy services align with the latest evidence-based practices and industry standards. Your expertise will be invaluable in mentoring and supporting students and junior physiotherapists, facilitating their growth and promoting best practices in acute care physiotherapy.

The Senior Clinical Educator provides high level Physiotherapy Clinical Education services working collaboratively with the University Partners and other health professionals.

Working in conjunction with other Physiotherapy members and other health professionals the Senior Clinical Educator optimises patient functional and health outcomes in this specialty area. As a highly skilled and competent clinician, in this role you will deliver quality services and provide clinical leadership within the NALHN services, providing support and supervision to less experienced staff.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
