About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As a Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in assessing and addressing the psychosocial needs of our diverse patient population. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring patients receive holistic support throughout their healthcare journey.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
