About the role

Join our dynamic Pre-Analytical Services team as an Operational Services Officer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of specimens and delivering outstanding care to patients. Your responsibilities will include phlebotomy, specimen collection, management, and administration, utilising Laboratory Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely handling of patient information. You’ll also be responsible for receiving, sorting, and preparing specimens for analysis, ensuring proper storage and transportation under defined conditions, and providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
