About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) Nurse Consultant Level 3 and make a profound impact on patient care. About You

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Consultant to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for leadership, clinical excellence, and driving improvements in patient care.

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate and a Post Graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing.
  • Proven leadership skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Critical Care Nursing, with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing standards, legislation, and Australian National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Experience with the care of ECMO patients and evidence of advanced knowledge of ECMO therapy essential.
