Join our newly formed People and Culture (P&C) team at Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN), where fresh energy, a can-do attitude, and positive collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. In this crucial role, you’ll provide support to the Director of People and Culture, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of impactful services.

As an integral part of the team, you'll work on a variety of projects, coordinate complex scheduling, and provide exceptional support to relevant committees and workgroups, all while fostering a collaborative work environment. We offer a flexible, hybrid work model – a blend of in-office and home-based work, with a preferred location of Adelaide or across the Limestone Coast. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support, including diary management and correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of efficient administrative systems and processes.
  • Support committees by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Organise meetings, travel itineraries, and other key logistics.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience providing support and maintaining office systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and web-based programs.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
