Lead Podiatry Services in the Limestone Coast as a Clinical Senior Podiatrist

Join our dedicated team at the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) as a Clinical Senior Podiatrist and contribute to improving community-driven care, service distribution, and professional development across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical services and consultancy in Podiatry across the Limestone Coast.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants, offering clinical supervision and professional support.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders on service models and workforce development.
  • Drive quality, safety, and improvements in clinical practice, including involvement in research, evaluation, and the development of new services.
  • Contribute to the regional Podiatrists’ Network and take an active role in the education of staff and professional students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised qualification in Podiatry and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Extensive clinical experience, including rural/remote practice and expertise in diverse podiatry areas.
  • Proven leadership experience in service development, clinical supervision, and education.
  • Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and implementing primary health care principles.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, reflective practice, and professional development.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in team leadership and community engagement.
