Overview:

  • The Professional Development Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and undertaking a range of complex functions and services which support the implementation and maintenance of critical systems, including the Medical Officer Professional Development Reimbursement System (MOPDRS) and related mobile apps, across SA Health.
  • The role leads a high performing team in the delivery of digital solution planning, development, implementation and training processes, including the development, delivery and evaluation of innovative and appropriate training programs and resources for staff working in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
  • The Professional Development Team Leader is also responsible for providing expert advice in relation to MOPDRS, and related applications, to staff across the system and providing subject matter expertise to Digital Health SA in the provision of technical solutions and the identification and management of system issues and risks.
