We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support within our Community and Allied Health division in the EFN Region. This is your chance to be a key part of a team that prioritises excellent service and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone or in person, providing helpful and accurate information.
  • Manage appointment bookings and coordinate client referrals.
  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain records, ensure confidentiality, and manage medical and business files.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including word processing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supplies, room bookings, and equipment inventory.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, with the ability to handle diverse client needs.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of competency in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and community health principles.
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, cultural sensitivity, and workplace safety.
