Are you an organised, proactive professional looking to make an impact in the health sector? Join our team as a Corporate Support & Project Officer and be a key driver of efficiency and excellence in corporate services!

In this dynamic role, you will provide high-quality administrative and project support to the Corporate Services team. Working closely with senior management, you’ll coordinate projects, handle research, and support committees and workgroups. Your organisational skills will be essential as you work autonomously to support key initiatives, from project management to executive-level administrative tasks. You’ll also build strong relationships across multiple teams, contributing to the ongoing development of services within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Provide executive support, including preparing reports, meeting agendas, and minute-taking.
  • Conduct research, analyse data, and create actionable reports for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes and record-keeping systems.
  • Liaise with Facility Managers and the Nutrition and Hydration Team to support daily operations.
  • Organise meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Experience in report preparation, meeting organisation, and maintaining administrative systems.
  • High level of confidentiality and sound judgement.
  • Knowledge of project management and research methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
