As the Team Leader - Business Compliance and Improvement, you will:

  • oversee and coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
  • conduct audits, analyse data and provide comprehensive reports to senior management
  • foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development
  • promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
