About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Team Leader Private Practice Billing, Claiming and Debt Recovery to join our team within the Revenue department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • manage and coordinate the private practice billing, claiming and debt recovery processes for NALHN
  • provide expert guidance and training to team members, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and improve overall performance
  • liaise with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients and external agencies, to resolve complex inquiries and issues
  • analyse data and generate comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • foster a positive team culture that promotes professional development, collaboration and exceptional customer service
