About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Medicine team as a Grant Funded Scientist. This role involves includes participating in recruitment, data collection, data analysis and reporting on research data and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Research Innovation: Contribute to research planning sessions, offering fresh perspectives and groundbreaking ideas that shape the unit's strategic research directions.
  • Uncover Insights through Meticulous Research: Source and analyse information from diverse resources, including libraries, journals, and electronic databases, to conduct comprehensive literature reviews that fuel strategic research outcomes.
  • Elevate Research Excellence: Actively participate in every stage of the research process, from recruitment and data collection to analysis, ensuring timely and accurate execution under professional guidance.
  • Maintain Impeccable Research Records: Uphold the highest standards of record-keeping, meticulously documenting work performed and study results, ensuring data integrity and enabling future research endeavours.
