About the Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred care that aligns with regulatory and statutory requirements. At this level, your practice will range from novice to proficient, with continuous development as you gain experience and build on your clinical skills. You will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife, yet you will always remain responsible for your own actions and accountable for the care you provide.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop your nursing or midwifery expertise, working in a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. While supporting patients directly, you will also contribute to a team approach to care, ensuring each patient’s individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
