About the Role

Are you a dynamic HR leader passionate about driving positive workforce outcomes? As the Manager HR Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the People & Culture strategy within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (LHN). Reporting to the Director Workforce Operations, you will lead the delivery of best-practice HR Business Partnering services, ensuring proactive workforce strategies and interventions that drive continuous improvement, accountability, and a high-performing culture. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating workforce challenges, providing contemporary solutions, and supporting the organisation in achieving its workforce goals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level strategic advice and guidance to Executives, Directors, and Senior Managers, contributing to the achievement of SA Government, SA Health, and Central Adelaide LHN priorities. You will lead designated HR portfolios, ensuring professional and consistent people practices while preparing for future workforce changes. With a strong focus on leadership, risk management, and talent planning, you will be at the forefront of shaping a responsive, future-ready workforce. About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving organisational success through people and culture initiatives. To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Strong Leadership & Influence – Proven ability to engage and inspire stakeholders, influence senior leaders, and drive organisational change through high-level negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving – Expertise in critically analysing complex workforce issues, developing innovative solutions, and implementing effective HR strategies to enhance business outcomes.
  • HR Expertise & Operational Excellence – Extensive experience in leading HR teams, managing complex workforce matters, interpreting legislation and policies, and delivering high-quality HR services and advice.
  • Commitment to Workplace Culture & Safety – A strong focus on fostering a positive and high-performing work culture, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety and governance standards.
