The Building, Projects and Maintenance Coordinator supports the coordination and delivery of diverse projects, including building refurbishment and sustainment works, ensuring high quality, innovation, cost-effectiveness, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: 

Coordinate all aspects of building refurbishment and maintenance projects, including feasibility studies, cost estimates, design, planning, scoping, and documentation preparation.

Monitor contractor performance, compliance, project variations, defects, schedules, and ensure timely project site visits to track progress.

Undertake maintenance-related activities, respond to work orders/requests, and provide after-hours on-call support for building services.

Assist with monitoring, evaluation, and financial reporting on cost centre and project budgets, ensuring accounts are within approved budgets, and processing invoices and payments.

Contribute to identifying service gaps, customer dissatisfaction causes, and providing recommendations for improvement while maintaining a client-focused, prompt, and professional manner.

Foster teamwork, contribute to achieving departmental performance objectives and service values, maintain working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and comply with workplace behaviour standards and industrial legislation obligations.
